At ISPROX, we are looking for an Office Coordinator (M/F) for a leading multinational company in its sector. You will be part of a team of highly qualified professionals, and your role will be to coordinate the sales efforts of the UK team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving both profitability and growth opportunities. Responsibilities: •Coordinate the UK KAM (Key Account Managers) team to achieve sales and profitability objectives through the ASMs (Area Sales Managers) in the UK •Hold meetings with the various KAMs and regional ASMs to maximize sales and profitability •Act as the communicator of directives from the UK Commercial Director to the rest of the team •Increase sales and business opportunities •Analyze sales by criteria (customers, years, products, regions, order types, etc.) and propose actions/solutions •Prepare reports proposing improvements to the sales team in different markets and countries •Calculate and monitor margins and results for each product family, distribution channel, and business unit •Ensure synchronization with the Marketing and Sales departments to evaluate and propose commercial actions •Develop proposals for process improvements and controlling tools

Requisitos

•British nationality •University degree in Business Administration or similar •Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and similar roles •Knowledge of SAP •Advanced Excel knowledge •Proactivity, excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively both internally and externally •Native•level English (C1) •Ability to work effectively in a team, contribute ideas, and maintain clear and open communication with other team members •Strong organizational and planning skills
