What you’ll do: • Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients in Norway • Engage with decision•makers to introduce IT solutions and generate interest • Qualify leads and pass validated opportunities to the sales team • Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, and inbound interest (when applicable) • Maintain accurate CRM records and hit monthly targets
Requisitos
Requirements: • Native or bilingual Norwegian (essential) • Strong English for internal communication • Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, or IT lead generation • Confident making cold calls and handling objections • Great communication, persistence, and a results•driven mindset
