At ISPROX, we are a specialized HR consulting firm supporting leading companies in attracting top talent. We’re currently managing the recruitment process for a fast•growing company in the Digital Marketing and Technology sector — and this is a direct hire for their internal team. We’re searching for a Junior Sales Executive with experience in software sales — ideally in CRM, Marketing Automation, or related tech solutions. You’ll play a key role in expanding the business by engaging clients, identifying opportunities, and closing impactful deals — all within a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Lead the commercial process for technology•based solutions (CRM, CDP, automation platforms, etc.). • Engage with potential clients, present tailored proposals, and drive successful sales closures. • Represent the company at industry events and professional talks (occasionally). • Attend client meetings or commercial visits when needed (travel expenses fully covered). • (Optional) Enhance your personal brand on LinkedIn — valued but not required.

Requisitos

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in software/SaaS sales (e.g., Connectif, Splio, Hubspot, Braze, Insider, etc.). • Fluent in English at a professional working level. • Excellent communication skills and a commercial, proactive attitude. • Availability for occasional travel (events, key client meetings). • Residing in South Madrid (ideally near Alcorcón) to ensure proximity to the office. • Bonus: active and professional presence on LinkedIn.

Se ofrece

• Permanent contract (directly with the hiring company). • Salary: €21,000–€24,000 gross/year + attractive bonus scheme based on objectives. Working hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30–14:00 & 14:30–17:30 Fri: 8:30–14:30 August: 8:00–15:00 with full remote work Hybrid model: 2 remote days/week + office in Alcorcón. • Continuous training fully provided by the company. • Travel expenses covered. • Immediate start.
