What you’ll do: • Execute demand generation and lead qualification activities for the Dutch B2B market. • Manage both inbound and outbound sales campaigns. • Nurture leads through early sales stages and identify validated opportunities. • Achieve targets for validated lead revenue and pipeline volume. • Engage with decision•makers across different business levels. • Maintain accurate CRM records and track campaign performance. • Provide ongoing feedback on market perception and campaign effectiveness.
Requisitos
Requirements: • Native Dutch speaker – mandatory. • Fluent in English, French or German will be a plus. • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or demand generation (preferably in IT or tech environments). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Goal•oriented, self•motivated, and resilient attitude. • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills. • Ability to understand technology and convey its business value. • Comfortable working in a fast•paced, multicultural environment. • Based in Madrid or available for hybrid work (3 office days).
