At ISPROX, we are selecting for our client, in the dynamic and creative world of fashion, a Business Controller with strategic vision and the ability to make data driven decisions. Our client is looking for a Business Controller with sharp business acumen and senior experience in financial controlling: • Create budgets: prepare annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with business leadership. • Develop processes: create and implement financial planning and budgeting procedures aligned with organization's goals. • Analyse financial data: identify trends, issues, risks and opportunities. • Communicate findings to direction: Support the management's decision•making processes to achieve business objectives. • Prepare financial reports: Prepare financial reports, such as profit•and•loss statements, balance sheets, etc. Presenting them to management. • Manage the accounting department: Oversee the accounting department. • Improve operational processes and controls: Implementation of improvement processes and new tools. • Develop relationships with external partners: Mantaining financial relationships with suppliers.

Requisitos

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Controller. • Advanced level of English (C1). • Advanced knowledge of technological tools. • Previous experience in the fashion sector will be valued positively, although it is not essential. • Ability to work in a team and adapt to different situations. • Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Ability to make decisions and take initiative when necessary.
