Funciones
• Manage and maintain virtual desktop environments, primarily using Citrix Virtual Desktop and related technologies. • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and optimize IT solutions. • Participate in automation and scripting projects to improve operational efficiency. • Document system changes, configurations, and procedures. • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring reliability and stability.
Requisitos
• 4+ years of experience in system administration or IT support roles. • Expertise with Citrix Virtual Desktop (experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or VMware Horizon is a plus). • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts. • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred). • Fluent English (B2 or higher) for client communication. • Citrix certifications (CCA•V, CCP•V) are highly desirable. • Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week in Alicante).
