At ISPROX, we are looking for an Operations Manager for direct and permanent placement in a leading international company in the metalworking sector. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll oversee the Operations Department team. Key responsibilities include: • Operational Oversight: Manage production, logistics, procurement, and inventory to meet quality standards and customer requirements. • Team Leadership: Select, train, and motivate the Operations and Technical Office (OT) team, fostering continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Strategic Management: Define operational objectives, implement process improvements, and participate in the company's strategic planning. • Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and health and safety regulations (HSE). • Process Optimization: Lead improvement projects, reduce costs, and ensure the successful implementation of new designs and products.
Requisits
• Education: University degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in progressive operations management roles, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries. • Languages: Advanced English and Spanish are required. Candidates must be capable of: Participating in monthly corporate meetings in English, Preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports, Communicating effectively with European leaders. • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and supply chain management. Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding specifications. • Key Skills: Strong leadership, problem•solving, strategic decision•making, and results orientation.

• Salary: €75,000 gross per year. • Travel: Occasional travel may be required, such as visits to group plants or customer sites for specific projects.
