We contribute every year to improving the employability of professionals aged 55 and above.

- "Senior Impulse" is an initiative that falls within our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
In Spain, the unemployment rate for people over 55 years old is above 40%, about five points higher than the European average. The Spanish rate is also higher than that of advanced OECD countries and has increased by 20% over the past 40 years. For this reason, it is increasingly necessary to take measures to support this segment of the active population.
Our goal is to provide practical guidance and support to professionals aged 55 and above, so they can find job opportunities that match their skills and experience.

Through phone interviews, ISPROX selection consultants evaluate the profile of participating professionals to indicate where to find vacancies that fit their profile and preferences, offer personalized advice to stand out when submitting their application, and provide the opportunity to be included in selection processes by national or international companies managed by the consulting firm.
